Shipping Information
We offer two shipping options to cater to your needs:
- Standard Shipping: We use DHL or FedEx for standard shipping. The delivery time is 10-15 business days after dispatch. The shipping fee is $12.95.
- Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we offer free shipping using EMS. The delivery time is 15-25 business days after dispatch.
Please note that order processing takes 1-2 business days before your item is shipped.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges policy.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:
- Unused and in its original packaging.
- In the same condition as when you received it.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of certain products, the following items are non-returnable:
- Electronics: We cannot accept returns or exchanges for electronic products unless they are defective.
- Underwear: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on underwear items.
Return & Exchange Process

- Receive Instructions: We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return the item(s), including the return address.
- Ship the Item(s): Package the item(s) securely and ship them back to us using a trackable shipping method. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
- Inspection & Processing: Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them and process your return or exchange within 5 business days.
Refund Process
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchange Process
If you are exchanging an item, we will ship the new item to you once we receive the returned item. Shipping costs for the new item will be covered by us.
