Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. You must also provide proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Based on our website menu and homepage content, the following items are non-returnable:
- Electronics: Due to the nature of electronic products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for these items unless they are defective.
- Underwear: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on underwear items.
Return & Exchange Process
Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return or exchange.
- Receive Instructions: We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return the item(s), including the return address.
- Ship the Item(s): Package the item(s) securely and ship them back to us using a trackable shipping method. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
- Inspection & Processing: Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them and process your return or exchange within 5 business days.
Refund Process
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchange Process
If you are exchanging an item, we will ship the new item to you once we receive the returned item. Shipping costs for the new item will be covered by us.
